Charles Girard

Charles Girard, MBA, LLQP, is a servant-hearted leader, coach, and speaker who is passionate about helping people discover purpose, renew hope, and step boldly into their best version of themselves. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Charles has guided teams and organizations through seasons of growth, transition, and transformational change. His journey began in funeral services—walking alongside families in their most vulnerable moments—where he grew into senior leadership roles and played a key part in expanding operations across multiple locations.

Rooted in a calm, steady leadership style, Charles is known for bringing clarity, compassion, and wisdom into complex situations. He believes deeply that every person carries God-given value, experiences, and gifts that can be leveraged for meaningful impact, especially in midlife and beyond.

As co-founder of LeverAGE, Charles helps individuals 50+ reimagine this next season of life—not as a decline, but as a rich new chapter filled with purpose, influence, and legacy.

He also serves as a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, and as a senior advisor with Heights Leadership Development.

Whether teaching, coaching, or speaking, Charles is committed to encouraging people to move from intention to intentional action—drawing from faith, resilience, and life experience to build significance that honours God and blesses others.

Delia Girard

Delia Girard, DSW, is a compassionate leader, coach, and advocate with more than 20 years of leadership experience serving seniors, supporting families, and empowering individuals with diverse abilities to thrive in every season and sector of life.

Her career has been rooted in a deep sense of calling—to see people as God sees them, to honour their dignity, and to help them step into the fullness of their potential.

Delia’s leadership journey includes founding WellSpring Home and Community Services in the Bulkley Valley, BC, where she created practical, meaningful supports that helped seniors live independently and safely in their own homes.

Her heart for people with diverse abilities also inspired her to write Triumph on the Doorstep, a self-published book celebrating stories of courage and resilience.

A gifted communicator and encourager, Delia is a certified Maxwell DISC Consultant, Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, and co-founder of Heights Leadership Development and LeverAGE. She brings a unique blend of wisdom, warmth, and discernment to her work—helping individuals grow in confidence, strengthen their leadership, and recognize the value of their life experiences.

Delia earned the Governor General’s Medal for academic excellence in the Developmental Services Program at Loyalist College, a recognition that reflects the excellence she pours into developing new leaders. Her mission is simple: to uplift, equip, and walk alongside others as they seek personal and professional growth.
